The Sportscenter Athletic Club Aquatics facilities include Indoor and Outdoor Pools, a Kiddie Pool, and a Whirlpool.
Members can swim laps, take water aerobics, learn to swim, or just relax and socialize by the outdoor pools in the summer.
Indoor Aquatics Center
The Indoor Aquatics Center is comprised of a 25yd, 6-lane Lap Pool and a 42.5ft by 27.5ft Activity Pool. The Activity swimming pool is for the Aquafit Classes, Swim Lessons, lap swimming, and free swimming. The Aquatics Center also has a Whirlpool for soaking sore muscles after a hard workout.
Outdoor Aquatics Center
During the Summer our Outdoor Aquatics Area is the place to be. With a large 8 lane Outdoor Swimming Pool we offer enjoyment to all ages. This pool goes from 3ft to 9ft and is for recreation or exercise. The Kiddie Pool is separate from this pool and is equipped with a raining umbrella and a sliding board frog.

Masters Swim Team
Masters Swim Practice is Monday & Wednesday mornings from 6:oo am - 7:30 am. It is an adult swim practice that is offered through STAR Aquatics. The Masters Swim team costs $50 a month and is reserved for members only. Any interested member can register at www.staraquatics.net.

Sportscenter Athletic Club is looking for private-and group-swimming lesson instructors at our High Point and Kernersville locations. Our instructors get paid a percentage of the total fees collected for the lessons.
