The SunDevils are Sportscenter's summer swim league swimming team made up of ages 5 to 18. It is our goal to teach our swimmers the skills they need to both compete at their highest level and handle themselves with character, sportsmanship, and confidence. Competing in the High Point Community Swimming Association, the SunDevils have won the sportsmanship award the previous two years.
Beginning technique is taught through an introduction to swimming mechanics of the four competitive strokes, starts, turns, and finishes.
Advanced technique is taught with an emphasis on speed, endurance, and goal setting. Training includes preparation for local, state, and regional competitions.
